Cabinet & Millwork EstimatorCurrently seeking an experienced Cabinet & Millwork Estimator to accurately estimate projects involving cabinetry, architectural millwork, countertops, casework, and related products.This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, takeoffs, and project requirements while developing accurate and competitive estimates.Key ResponsibilitiesReview architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentsPrepare detailed material and labor estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs for cabinetry, millwork, countertops, and related productsAnalyze project specifications and identify potential issues or discrepanciesPrepare accurate pricing and proposalsObtain pricing from vendors and suppliers when necessaryWork closely with sales, project management, purchasing, production, and customersTrack project changes and update estimates as neededAssist with bid preparation and submissionMaintain accurate estimating records and documentationHelp identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and profitabilityQualificationsPrevious estimating experience within cabinetry, millwork, countertops, casework, or building materialsAbility to read architectural drawings and construction documentsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating softwarePreferred ExperienceExperience with commercial casework, architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, countertops, or construction estimating is highly desirable.If you feel you are qualified to be considered for the position, please apply today.
