Occupational Health LPN - Patient Care & Coordination

OhioHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Westerville location to provide nursing care and support to patients and families across diverse health care settings. This role encompasses initial health status assessments, documentation of interventions, and collaboration with the health care team to ensure quality patient care.
