Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive – Institutional Infrastructure / Digital Assets

Our very good direct client, a rapidly growing technology company operating at the intersection of financial infrastructure, security, and digital asset innovation is seeking an Account Executive to help drive adoption of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions within regulated institutional environments.

This individual will own strategic sales opportunities from initial outreach through close, partnering closely with leadership, product, engineering, and operations teams. The role is ideal for someone comfortable navigating consultative enterprise sales cycles and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise sales efforts for infrastructure and security-oriented platform solutions supporting institutional network operations

• Manage the full sales lifecycle including discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and closing

• Develop and grow pipeline across financial institutions, fintech organizations, capital markets firms, infrastructure providers, and enterprise technology companies

• Engage senior stakeholders across technology, security, operations, compliance, and business leadership teams

• Translate complex technical concepts into business value focused on operational resilience, security, governance, scalability, and risk mitigation

• Partner cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams to advance opportunities and support onboarding efforts

• Maintain disciplined CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management

• Background selling software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, cloud, or digital asset-related solutions preferred

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

• Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

• Comfortable discussing APIs, infrastructure, security controls, and enterprise operational requirements

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent opportunities in a fast-paced environment

• Hybrid/remote flexibility available depending on location
