Job Title: CSFA: Surgical First Assist - OR
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: $1,860.24 - $1,953.25 per week
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 07:00-17:00 (10-hour days)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a CSFA
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the OR
• Valid Certified Surgical First Assist license
• Be willing to obtain Utah licensure
