Traveling Associate Dentist

Responsibilities Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. Holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs. Performing other duties as assigned. Practice Environment DentaPro software Digital x‑ray and Panorex units Fiber‑optic handpieces Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Team composition: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient base: predominantly ages 3–21; up to 30% adult patients, depending on location Office flow: average 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day Insurance mix: state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payors Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure Certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc. Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults Benefits Biweekly salary during ramp period or a percentage of collections No lab fees Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA/FSAs insurance plans Short‑term and Long‑term disability, and Basic Life Insurance (paid by company) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Company‑paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements (CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program) Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (e.g., ADA, AAPD memberships) Multiple schedule options for work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Additional travel earnings for traveling to other offices within your geographic area – all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals) Mentoring and collaboration for growth and development Attractive sign‑on bonuses; student loan repayment assistance up to $1000/month (for specific locations) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
