SHOCKWAREHOUSE a leading E Commerce Suspension Warehouse is looking for dedicated and passionate Sales/Customer Service Rep.

Responds to customer web inquires regarding online merchandise or service orders.

Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.

Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system.

Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.

Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service a plus
• Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
• We are looking for workers who are reliable, punctual and safety-minded, with a strong work ethic.
