Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients from birth through young adulthood, utilizing your expertise in pediatric primary health care to provide well-child check-ups, vaccinations, and developmental screenings.
• Manage both acute and chronic health conditions through evidence-based treatment plans, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for common pediatric illnesses.
• Perform essential therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to immunizations, injections, suture removal, and wound care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
• Develop, document, and implement tailored patient management plans while maintaining detailed medical records for tracking patient progress and continuity of care.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families regarding health maintenance, adherence to therapeutic regimens, and developmental milestones, playing a crucial role in educating families about their children's health.
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives, reviewing patient charts and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal patient outcomes and overall care quality.

Compensation and Benefits
