Staff UX Designer

To shape the next phase of digital product experience, the full-time Staff UX Designer will lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging native mobile experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX for high-impact product initiatives, defining problems and strategies through to detailed design and launch Champion an app-first design mentality, enhancing native mobile interactions and experiences Shape core e-commerce experiences across the customer journey, including discovery, checkout, and post-purchase Required qualifications 7+ years of product design experience, particularly with e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products Deep experience in designing native mobile products for iOS and Android, with a strong understanding of mobile interaction patterns Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and scalable design practices Experience leading complex product initiatives with significant autonomy from problem definition to launch Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and core e-commerce experiences
