Drive Self-motivated with a desire to learn and willing to go above and beyond, works well with minimal or no supervision Responsibilities Regular property grounds maintenance including but not limited to: Pet waste clean up Processing minor work orders for repairs in occupied units Performing minor repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins Assist the team in ice and snow removal when required. Assisting other Vintage properties with Groundskeeper duties throughout the week. Additional duties as assigned Physical Demands Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions. Qualifications Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Driver's license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
