Senior Lease & Land Records Specialist

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Land Analyst to support the Land team across Louisiana and Texas. You will examine lease provisions, rights of way, and mineral records, ensuring data integrity and timely interpretation of contractual terms for asset portfolios. You’ll stay aligned with ownership changes and manage obligations for the term of each agreement. You will collaborate with Land, Legal, Accounting, and other units, providing data-driven support during conversions and invoicing, #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
