Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Driver with LTI Certification to support vehicle validation and testing activities in Auburn Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test drives, collecting data, and ensuring vehicle performance meets defined standards under various conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle testing on public roads, test tracks, and controlled environments.
- Execute test plans and follow standard operating procedures for data collection.
- Identify and document vehicle issues, anomalies, and performance concerns.
- Provide detailed feedback to engineering teams on vehicle behavior and system performance.
- Support validation of ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, and chassis systems as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and test documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid LTI (Licensed Test Driver) Certification – Mandatory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in automotive test driving or vehicle validation
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and road testing protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
- Good communication and reporting skills
