The role plans, organizes, and evaluates multi-site lab operations, overseeing staff, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across CAP/The Joint Commission standards. Required are a BS in a relevant field, MT/MLS/ Cytotechnologist/Histotechnologist certification, and 5 years’ experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
