ERP Manager / Senior IT Manager – ERP Location: Parsippany, NJ – Onsite Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Interview: Video Interview + In-Person Interview Background Check: Required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 15 years of experience supporting or leading ERP and enterprise application environments. Strong understanding of order management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and international operations . Hands-on experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning , and enterprise system integrations. 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support/maintenance, and systems integration . Experience leading technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners. Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, root-cause analysis, production support, and continuous improvement . Experience using operational metrics and data to improve system reliability and process efficiency. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ . Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics , or another major ERP platform. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, EDI standards, message queues, file-based integrations , and application monitoring. Experience supporting global/international supply-chain operations . ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or related certification. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior ERP / Enterprise Applications leader who can balance people leadership with hands-on technical involvement. You should have strong experience across ERP operations, EDI, WMS, TMS, supply chain, integrations, production support, and continuous improvement , and be comfortable learning and managing a homegrown ERP environment .
