PT - Physical Therapist

8-hour Day Shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation to work up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved in advance. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to join our team. The position involves working with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health cases. The ideal candidate will maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week and handle 12‑14 patients per day, with double‑booking of follow‑up visits expected. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients. Provide therapy interventions in an outpatient setting. Ensure patient care aligns with organizational standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current PT license in the state of Maryland. Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. First‑time travelers accepted.
