We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing team!

Schedule: Multiple Shifts with possible overtime

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Friday 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and systems using engineering drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Install controller components into steel enclosures using hand and power tools
• Mount panel components onto sub-plates
• Inspect components and assemblies for defects and quality standards
• Perform functional tests to verify proper assembly and operation
• Use hand tools, power tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic tooling
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Assist with production floor setup and organization
• Assemble and disassemble equipment, shelving, pallets, and other materials
• Follow required PPE, safety procedures, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and saws
• Experience with electronic and pneumatic tooling
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Forklift and pallet jack certification is a plus, or ability to become certified
• Electrical experience and familiarity with schematic diagrams are a plus
• Ability to safely load, unload, and operate company vehicles as needed
