About the Role

We're seeking experienced retirement professionals who understand both investment management and Fixed Indexed Annuities.

Whether your experience comes from advising clients directly, wholesaling retirement products, serving as a product specialist, or partnering with financial advisors, you have a strong understanding of how Fixed Indexed Annuities fit into comprehensive retirement income planning.

This is not an entry-level position. Our advisors meet with qualified retirement-focused households every week and are expected to confidently guide clients through investment and insurance solutions in a fiduciary environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct retirement planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees
\n
• Meet with 12–15 new qualified appointments each week, along with follow-up appointments
\n
• Build comprehensive retirement income strategies utilizing investments and Fixed Indexed Annuities when appropriate
\n
• Educate clients on retirement income, risk management, guaranteed income solutions, and long-term financial planning
\n
• Deliver recommendations in a compliant, fiduciary-first environment
\n
• Work closely with operations, onboarding, compliance, and support teams so your focus remains on serving clients
\n
• No prospecting, cold calling, marketing, seminar hosting, or lead generation responsibilities
\n

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

\n
• Active Series 65 (or ability to obtain before start date)
\n
• Active Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain before start date)
\n
• Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing financial services experience
\n
• Strong consultative sales skills
\n
• Experience working with retirement-age clients
\n
• Insurance-only sales backgrounds without investment advisory experience are not a fit for this role
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
• 5+ years of professional Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) experience , whether as a:
\n
• Financial Advisor
\n
• Investment Advisor Representative
\n
• Internal or External Wholesaler
\n
• Product Specialist
\n
• Retirement Consultant
\n
• Other retirement-focused financial services professional
\n
• Strong understanding of retirement income planning, Fixed Indexed Annuities, accumulation strategies, income riders, and suitability considerations
\n
• Experience presenting retirement solutions to clients and/or educating financial advisors on retirement products
\n

• Target first-year compensation: $150,000+
