How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the health-care organization. Responsibilities Care Plan Implementation: Execute and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring all clinical goals are met with precision. Clinical Communication: Diligently track, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions to the health-care team to ensure timely interventions. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact across all medical disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care. Order Execution: Accurately process and carry out all physician and nursing orders to maintain the highest standards of safety and treatment. Discharge Planning & Advocacy: Pro-actively assess and coordinate discharge needs with the health-care team to ensure a safe and successful transition for the patient. Minimum requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
