Implementation Project Manager

To support client onboarding initiatives, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage project objectives, create project plans, and oversee risk management while ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. Key responsibilities Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, adjusting work schedules as necessary to keep projects on track Communicate project expectations and progress to clients and internal teams, influencing timely completion of tasks Assess and manage project risks, implementing action plans to mitigate bottlenecks and ensure smooth project execution Required qualifications 4-5 years of project management experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred Experience in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation Strong quantitative and analytical skills Experience leading multiple strategic projects with successful outcomes in scope, schedule, and budget
