Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. You will juggle multiple tasks while helping members with bakery orders and maintaining a welcoming experience. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and provide educational support to fellow associates. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan production and seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain equipment. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to support sales and associate engagement, make real‑time production decisions, and encourage adoption of new tools. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, maintain quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and assist customers. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, and exhibit energy and commitment. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to determine priorities and communicate progress. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00.
