Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior tax attorney with eight or more years of experience to join its practice in Los Angeles, CA. The candidate will handle a broad range of federal, state, and local tax matters, with expertise in partnership tax, Subchapter C, and startup tax issues. Duties Advise on qualified small business stock (QSBS) and corporate law. Lead sophisticated tax matters and collaborate with partners and clients. Contribute to the expansion of the firm’s tax practice. Support business development efforts. Requirements Eight or more years of tax law experience. CA Bar admission required. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. High level of analytical skills. Education: Tax LL.M. preferred. Certifications: CA Bar admission. Skills Expertise in partnership tax and Subchapter C. Familiarity with M&A transactions. Entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset. Organized and detail-oriented.
