About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care as an In-Home Caregiver in Jackson, WI, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that allows individuals to maintain their independence at home.]r

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.

Administer medication and monitor health status as directed.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.

Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic understanding of client care and safety protocols.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
