Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate, results-oriented Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore the right community and level of care. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you will build trusted relationships, understand each prospect’s needs, present independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing options, and guide families through the decision process. You’ll manage inquiries and follow-up, conduct tours and sales conversations, maintain accurate prospect records, and collaborate with community teams to create a welcoming experience.
