Growing together.Seeking a Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. This position is based in Kent, Ohio (or surrounding areas) and provides float support to Genoa Healthcare pharmacy sites throughout Northeast Ohio and nearby communities, as needed. In this role, you will help maintain continuity of care by ensuring patients-many of whom are receiving behavioral health services-have uninterrupted access to their medications and pharmacy support.Hours: Pharmacy hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / No weekends or holidaysPrimary Responsibilities:Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitionersProvides information to customers about medications and their useFocuses on providing a superior level of customer serviceEnsures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of PharmacyAdministration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of PharmacyAny other usual and customary pharmacy dutiesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent pharmacist license in state of OhioCertified immunizerWilling to complete LAI training and administer LAIValid driver's license and access to reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacist experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment.
