Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing support across multiple departments. This role requires flexibility, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities:Assist customers with inquiries and purchases across all departments including paint, tools, plumbing, electrical, and sporting goods.Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas.Restock shelves and displays as needed.Provide support during special events and promotions.Assist with inventory management and purchasing controls.Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
