Entry Level Human Resources Assistant

Role Description The Entry Level Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, GA. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and helping coordinate training and development activities. The HR Assistant will respond to routine employee inquiries, help prepare HR documentation, and support compliance with company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, updating HR databases, and supporting HR reporting and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, document preparation, and filing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and external partners. Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of HR principles, confidentiality requirements, and employment-related documentation. Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, HR systems) and willingness to learn new tools. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate, compliant work. Ability to work on-site in Madison, GA and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
