Remote Benefits Services Consultant

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You will engage with warm leads—people who already requested help with financial-protection options—and work with a coached, measured performance system. In this role you will explain benefits clearly, help clients enroll when appropriate, and maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and successful handlers have a competitive, coachable attitude and are comfortable on camera.
