Territory Manager

Job Title: Territory Manager - Healthcare Services & Solutions Compensation: Total Comp with Commission target: $115,000-$125,000 $600 monthly for car allowance + Gas/mileage Med/dent/vis insurance Paid time off & paid company holidays 401K w/ match Overview We're looking for a motivated and independent sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory. In this role, you'll build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help more people access important services and products. Key Responsibilities Create and follow a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and territory planning. Build relationships with decision makers and influencers Present the company’s services and value in person and through digital communication Support existing clients and identify ways to improve service and grow referrals. Track performance and adjust plans to improve results. Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams Complete administrative tasks such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planning What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (4+ preferred); consistent top sales performance is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving. Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus) Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals. Willing to travel 25–35% for meetings and events Working Conditions Most work will be done in the field, meeting with clients and building new relationships Some physical activity may be involved, such as driving, sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs Occasional national travel may be required for meetings or conferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chase MedSearch LP
