Provide designs to address the company's strategic direction for Storage platforms; evaluates emerging technologies; implements systems/architectures based on best practices; ensures system integrity with regards to security and compliance guidelines. Cisco MDS and Brocade SAN switch installation, configuration and administration Configure Inter-VSAN Routing(IVR) to establish proper interconnected routes that traverse one or more VSANs across multiple switches. Migrate storage data to the new storage array using VPLEX Mobility central non-disruptively. Design PowerShell and python scripts to monitor the pools usage and storage allocation. Ability to configure port-channels for ISL to connect fabric interconnects. Perform replication of data from production site to disaster recovery site using EMC Recover Point. Configure consistency group to maintain the consistency of data across multiple Logical Unit Numbers in XtremIO, VPLEX, and SVC. Configure VDM replications between multiple VNX arrays to replicate the filesystems and exports for disaster recovery. Administration and configuration of EMC VMAX/DMX. Migration of Storage Systems from Older to Newer Generation based systems. Thorough understanding of Microsoft active directory. Create FlexVol volumes to provide resizable, flexible data containers that can be accessed using all data access protocols like CIFS, NFS, and FC. Hands-on VMware & vSphere Administration and scripting. Troubleshoot and resolve servers performance issues related to Read/write Ratio, IOPS, Throughput, and Disk Latency.

Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
