Position: 1st Shift Site SupervisorSchedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PMPay: $16.00 per hourEmployment Type: Full-Time $250 Hiring Bonus!New hires are eligible for a $250 hiring bonus after successfully completing 6 months of employment with Quality Cleaning Service.Job SummaryQuality Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable and motivated 1st Shift Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our Archbold, OH location.The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the facility is cleaned to Quality Cleaning Service standards, providing direction and support to cleaning team members, monitoring completed work, and communicating any issues to management.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can hold themselves and others accountable.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support cleaning staff during the 1st shiftEnsure all assigned cleaning duties are completed properly and on scheduleInspect cleaning areas to ensure Quality Cleaning Service standards are being metTrain and assist new employees with proper cleaning proceduresHelp maintain a positive and professional work environmentMonitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages or problemsEnsure employees are following company policies and safety proceduresCommunicate attendance, performance, and operational concerns to managementAssist with cleaning duties when neededAddress customer or site concerns and communicate them to managementComplete routine inspections and checklistsHelp ensure the account remains fully staffed and operating efficientlyQualificationsPrevious commercial cleaning experience preferredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong attention to detailDependable and punctualAbility to work independently and lead a teamGood communication and organizational skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceAbility to lift and move cleaning equipment and trash containersMust be willing to perform hands-on cleaning dutiesWhat We Offer$16.00 per hourMondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PMFull-time hours$250 hiring bonus after 6 months of employmentOpportunity for advancementSupportive management teamConsistent MondayFriday scheduleApply Today!
