JES Holdings, Fairway Management is seeking a dynamic maintenance helper to support basic residential upkeep, unit turns, and curb appeal. You will be punctual, manage time effectively, and provide enthusiastic service to residents while completing work orders and assisting with on-call duties. You will travel to and assist with multiple properties, perform painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed, and report health and safety concerns to the Property Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr Affordable Equity Partners, Inc
