This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. Starting rate: $18.00/hr / $1.00 differential for 2nd shift/ppMonday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity./liliPlace items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques./liliSecure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport./liliMaintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines./liliAssist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris./liliParticipate in training for additional warehouse duties./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./lili02 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred./li/ulh3Education/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive pay./liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance options./liliHoliday differential./liliEmployee discount program./liliOpportunities for growth and advancement./li/ulpAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40/ppTime Type: Full time/ppPay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21.
