Litigation Paralegal – Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annually – Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid after 90 days) Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing arguments and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, stipulations, discovery requests and responses, complaints, and demand letters Communicate with clients, potential clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, court reporters, court officials, and service providers Identify, locate, and interview relevant witnesses and experts Investigate cases by requesting and reviewing documents, analyzing legal issues, and performing fact‑checking Conduct legal research and locate cases, opinions, reports, and related materials Coordinate with ESI vendors on document collection, review, and production Review, organize, and assist with the production of documents using electronic review platforms Summarize legal documents, medical records, employment files, and related materials Organize and maintain case files and document databases Assist with trial, pretrial, and motion preparation Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience Strong eDiscovery experience Strong research and writing skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Detail‑oriented with exceptional proofreading skills Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work closely with multiple attorneys and staff Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (95% employer‑paid for employee coverage) Life, AD&D, short‑term, and long‑term disability insurance 401(k) with up to 10% firm contribution/profit‑sharing match Paid Time Off accrued up to 128 hours (16 days) per year, plus 10 paid holidays (prorated based on hire date) Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state law Paid Parental Leave (up to 6 weeks) Health Savings Account with $150 quarterly employer contribution Commuter benefits, including $14/month ORCA transit pass Additional voluntary benefits, such as pet insurance Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance Equal Employment Opportunity & Candidate Privacy Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
