Project Manager – Water & Waste Water This high‑profile leadership role focuses on managing the successful delivery of water‑related infrastructure projects in the multi‑million dollar range. Key Responsibilities Business development: lead marketing and strategy efforts, identify prospects, develop proposals, manage budgeting and contracting, and meet new‑business objectives. Project management: engage clients, support development of market business plans, and foster client engagement strategies. Project execution: oversee engineering managers, set and track performance goals, implement project plans, and manage budgeting, invoicing, and payments; conduct project performance reviews. Staff management: develop, mentor, and coach team members, recommend training and promotions, and identify new candidates to expand the team. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership. Professional Engineering license and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Proficiency with budgets and financial metrics. Contract negotiation skills, including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing, and payment terms. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background checks, drug screen, motor‑vehicle record search). Work Environment / Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days at the manager’s discretion. Sit/stand/computer usage for extended periods. Use video/audio conferencing software tools for internal/external communication. Travel to client sites.
