• Number of Beds – hospital has about 70 beds
• Number of Staff – Typically 4 Echo techs on shift. Also reconciles EKGs
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 7-3:30
• Type of equipment – GE Vivid S70
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: Travel Echo tech (Cardiac Sonographer)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RCS or RDCS
• BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Pedi training/experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

• Transthoracic Echo. Transesophageal Echo, Stress Echo, Bubble Studies, and contrast exams.

Best personality Fit:

• Works well in group setting
• Self- starter
