Requirements of the Engineering Manager
- BSME or similar degree
- Technical expert in exterior components and related systems
- 10+ years of design & release experience
- Experience with DVP&R, DFMEA, GD&T, DFM, DFA, etc.
- Understanding of product and vehicle development cycles and processes
