Physical Therapist

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, new grad or experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve optimal function and quality of life. Compensation: $72,000 $90,000 Up to 10K Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
* Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
Compensation: $72,000 - $90,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
