Principal Information Security Engineer

Seeking a Principal Information Security Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for defining and supporting enterprise security tools, mentoring junior team members, and delivering results in data security through technologies such as encryption and cloud security. Key responsibilities Mentor junior team members and provide subject matter expertise on the Encryption Management Program Define security requirements for new applications and participate in security research on threats and remediation techniques Support the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, and guidelines for the Information Security department's operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred Expertise in encryption, cryptography, and certificate management, with hands-on experience in Venafi/Cyberark Working knowledge of AWS and cloud security, as well as familiarity with Digicert and Sectigo Eight or more years of relevant IT work experience, including experience with Unix/Linux and Windows systems Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, or equivalent are preferred
