We are excited to invite a full-time Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding Primary Care team in the stunning city of Reno, Nevada. This role provides an attractive compensation package, flexible scheduling options, a brand-new outpatient facility, and the backing of a collaborative medical group. Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-time, employed position
• Schedule Flexibility: Choose between 4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts based on your preferences
• Call Requirements: Minimal and easily manageable (99% outpatient)
• Patient Volume: Steady outpatient panel with opportunities for growth
• Location: New Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine within a supportive team of 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with plans for expansion
• Support Team: Dedicated Medical Assistants, front office personnel, and schedulers
• Technology: Utilizing Cerner with AI Scribe capabilities to enhance documentation efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, APPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Oversee daily clinical responsibilities in a modern and efficient outpatient setting
• Utilize Cerner for documentation, enhanced by AI Scribe technology

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Ranges from $300K to $370K

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Certification required upon commencement)
• Possession of an active or the ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Nevada
