Changing the way we all think about car buying is just the beginning. Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and driven Inventory Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle inventory from arrival through front-line readiness. The Inventory Manager ensures accurate tracking, optimal lot presentation, and seamless coordination across departments to support dealership operations and sales performance. More About The Role Support dealership management by maintaining accurate, well-organized, and visually appealing vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Oversee and manage the layout, merchandising, and presentation of front and rear vehicle lots. Coordinate vehicle check-in processes, ensuring accuracy of stock numbers, vehicle information, window stickers, and key tracking systems. Perform quality control inspections on pre-owned vehicles to ensure readiness for front-line display. Manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for all new vehicles. Capture and maintain high-quality photos, videos, and digital content to support online merchandising and marketing efforts. Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and timely vehicle availability. Assist with creating compelling vehicle descriptions for digital listings across multiple platforms. What We Look For Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of energy, accountability, and ownership in daily responsibilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency with digital tools, inventory systems, and online merchandising platforms. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate and move vehicles safely throughout the day. Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.
