Manpower is seeking an experienced CNC Technician to support manufacturing operations through CNC programming, machine setup, troubleshooting, tooling management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing machining processes, maintaining production quality, and minimizing downtime.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay Rate: $28.84
Shift: 1st & 2nd What is the Job:- Develop and maintain CNC programs using manual programming and CAM software.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and vertical mills.
- Monitor and optimize tooling performance, cycle times, and machining efficiency.
- Train and support CNC Operators with tool changes, insert changes, and robot teaching.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, Quality, and Engineering teams on production and improvement projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machine setup experience.
- Strong knowledge of G-Code programming and machining fundamentals.
- Experience with CNC lathes, mills, and production machining environments.
- Blueprint reading skills required.
- Journeyman Card preferred. [CNC Technician | PDF]
