Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and mentor nursing staff
• Maintain high standards of resident care
• Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive quality improvement and survey readiness
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention

✅ Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SNF/LTC background required
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and quality measures
• Passion for building strong clinical teams
