Location: South Boston, Virginia
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift, 36 hours per week
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $78 - $54.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create tailored physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Current CPR/BLS certification if required
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
- Neuromuscular re-education
- Patient education and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
