What We’re Looking For Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales preferred, not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule Compensation The California pay range for this position is $48,200–$158,700. This performance‑driven position is eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives and includes individual pay, units sold, and manufacturer approvals.
