Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Maryland School Psychologist License (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating flexibility across age groups
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention abilities
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards for school-based psychological services
What you’ll do:
- Provide comprehensive mental health and psychoeducational services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct individual and group counseling, supporting students’ academic and emotional needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop student support plans and interventions
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, contributing expertise on student progress and well-being
- Perform psychological assessments and assist in the development of IEPs and behavioral plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Respond to student crises with timely, evidence-based support
