Port Orchard Ford is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Automotive Sales Consultant who wants to build more than a paycheck. We are looking for someone who wants to build a reputation, develop a loyal customer base, and create a long-term career.

This is a people business. Success comes from earning trust, staying connected, following up consistently, and becoming the person customers think of when they need to buy, sell, or trade a vehicle.

Social media and video are part of the opportunity, but they are not the entire job. We want someone willing to use every available tool to build relationships, strengthen their personal brand, and create business that grows year after year.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers buy, sell, and trade vehicles

• Building long-term relationships and earning repeat and referral business

• Developing your personal brand and reputation throughout the community

• Following up with customers through phone, text, email, video, and social media

• Learning our products, processes, and technology

• Participating in local events and community activities

• Creating occasional vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, and dealership content

• Managing leads and maintaining relationships through our CRM

• Thinking beyond the next sale and building a lasting book of business

No Automotive Experience? That’s Okay.
