Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years including infrastructure resiliency contact center operations information technology software engineering program management strategic communications engineering and cybersecurity. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to support data-driven decision-making and program performance initiatives within DHS DoD and/or USCG environments. This role will focus on advanced data analysis performance measurement data consolidation across multiple systems and the development and maintenance of tools that improve data quality and operational insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with federal data systems such as SAM FSMS and SharePoint along with exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in data visualization technical leadership data governance and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making.
• Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making.
• Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record.
• Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 8 years of DHS or DoD experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Data Analytics experience.
  • This experience may overlap with DHS/DoD experience
• Experience with Shore Asset Management (SAM) FSMS SharePoint etc.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeths Campus in D.C.)

• If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100000 - $190000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
