License: Required Certifications: BLS, Child and Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter

Must-Have: Epic experience, State license, Not an employee of the organization in the last 12 months, Driver's License, Work history/resume, Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year prior to submission date), License verification, Copy of required certifications, One supervisory reference required at time of submission, Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility

Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Patients are primarily 55 years of age and older. Summer holidays may require the traveler to work 1-2 of 3 designated holidays. A skills checklist must be completed within one year prior to submission.
