Join our dynamic educational team as a School Psychologist, where you will play a vital role in supporting students' mental health, behavioral development, and academic success. Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning of students. •
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on child & family counseling, social skills, and behavioral health.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective behavior management and safety plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and conflict management support during emergencies or behavioral incidents. •
• Facilitate early intervention programs for students with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. •
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, psychological testing records, and progress notes in compliance with school policies. •
• Support staff training on applied behavior analysis (ABA), social work strategies, and crisis management techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master's degree or higher in school psychology preferred.
• Valid school psychologist certification or license as required by local regulations. •
• Proven experience working with children in educational settings or similar environments. • Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and disability accommodations. •
• Expertise in psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and patient assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices including psychotherapy, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Ability to work effectively with students with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays. • Excellent conflict management skills combined with compassionate communication abilities.
