The position is a Senior Systems Engineer located in Loveland, Colorado and is an on‑site role. It reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team. Responsibilities Define system architecture and requirements Decompose system requirements and allocate targets Perform system modeling and analysis Drive root cause analysis and risk management Support cross-functional trade‑off decisions Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 5+ years of systems engineering experience Experience with requirements and system integration Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation Preferred Experience Regulated environments (GMP, ISO) Model‑based systems engineering Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight Benefits include a comprehensive package of paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $92,500–$120,000, which may be adjusted. The position is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
