As our Nurse Manager, you lead with heart and clinical excellence to shape a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients, families, and staff —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours. How You Will Make a Difference Own unit outcomes: staffing, patient flow, safety metrics, quality indicators, and budget stewardship. Coach and develop nurse supervisors, RNs, LPNs, and Mental Health Technicians; build a high-trust, high-performance culture. Lead huddles, debriefs, and interdisciplinary rounds; remove barriers so care teams can focus on healing. Oversee incident review, root-cause analysis, and performance improvement projects. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We’re Looking For 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable). Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
